On the 19^th of October 2022,  as part of ŚWiAT project, the Eco Walk took place. The event was attended by about 50 students from Gniezno secondary schools: III Liceum Ogólnokształcące [3^rd Secondary School of General Education], Zespół Szkół Przyrodniczo-Usługowych [Life Science and Services School Complex] and Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych [Economics School Complex].

The participants set off from the 3^rd Secondary School of General Education towards Jelonek Lake, where the issues of its reclamation were discussed. Then, along Orzeszkowa and Kostrzyńska streets, the Eco Walk reached the finish line – Life Science and Services School Complex. An automatic weather station, educational trail and an eco-garden were built on the school premises. All participants participated in the lecture on the functioning and possibilities of using professional meteorological equipment, visited an automatic weather station, an educational trail and an eco-garden as well as took part in a contest related to bee life.
